1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Spinzo24 ("we", "our", "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher).
- You must be a legal resident of a country where online prize contests are permitted by local law.
- You may not register more than one account. Duplicate accounts will be removed and balances forfeited.
- Employees of Spinzo24 and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep that information up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. The Spin Game
- The Spinzo24 spin wheel features the 48 nations qualifying for the FIFA World Cup 2026.
- You may spin the wheel unlimited times after creating an account.
- Each spin awards you points. Landing on your own selected country awards a bonus reward.
- Points contribute to your position on the Leaderboard, which determines your prize tier.
5. Contests & Prize Pool
- To participate in a paid contest, you must hold sufficient balance in your Spinzo24 wallet.
- Contest entry fees are deducted from your balance at the time of joining and are non-refundable.
- Prize distribution is determined by your final rank on the Leaderboard at the close of the contest.
- The "winningPrize" portion of your balance is reserved and unlocks for withdrawal after the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final (19 July 2026).
- We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or extend any contest if technical, legal or fraud-prevention issues require it.
6. Deposits
- Deposits are processed through PayPal. By depositing, you also agree to PayPal's User Agreement.
- Deposits are added to your wallet and may be used to enter contests or to top up balance.
- Deposits are non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or for proven processing errors.
7. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals unlock after the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final on 19 July 2026.
- You may withdraw via PayPal, Wise / Direct Bank Transfer, or USDT (TRC20) crypto.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. Spinzo24 is not liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses or wrong network selection.
- Minimum withdrawal: $10 (PayPal) · $25 (Bank) · 20 USDT (Crypto).
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 30 days. We may request additional KYC documentation before approving large withdrawals.
8. Referral Program
- You earn $5 for each new user that signs up with your referral code.
- New users who join via a referral receive a $2 welcome bonus.
- Self-referral, fake accounts, or any abuse of the referral system will result in account termination and bonus forfeiture.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, automation, or any technical means to manipulate spin outcomes or leaderboard rank.
- Create multiple accounts or share accounts.
- Attempt to bypass age verification or geographic restrictions.
- Use stolen payment instruments or engage in money laundering.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
10. Intellectual Property
All Spinzo24 branding, logos, designs and software are our exclusive property. Country flags and FIFA team data are used under fair-use or appropriate licensing for public information purposes only.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific prize will be available. Live match data is sourced from third parties and provided for entertainment only.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spinzo24, its affiliates and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of your use of the Service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, any unredeemed balance not yet unlocked may be forfeited.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Spinzo24, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the operator's jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
