- Authentication data — Google sign-in token (if you use Google login) or hashed password (for email signup). We never store plain-text passwords.
- Wallet & contest data — your spin results, contest entries, points, winnings, referral bonuses, deposits and withdrawal requests.
- Payment information — when you deposit via PayPal, payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal. We only receive the transaction ID, the paid amount and the payer's display name/email.
- Withdrawal information — bank account, PayPal email, or crypto wallet address you voluntarily submit to receive payouts.
- Technical data — device type, approximate IP location, browser type, and basic usage logs to prevent fraud and abuse.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your Spinzo24 account.
- To process contest entries, spin results, leaderboard ranking and prize payouts.
- To process deposits and withdrawals via PayPal, Wise/Bank, or Crypto.
- To run our referral program and credit referral bonuses.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
- To send transactional notifications (sign-up confirmation, payout updates, security alerts).
- To comply with applicable laws and respond to legal requests.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Firebase / Google Cloud — to host authentication, the Realtime Database and our backend infrastructure.
- PayPal — to process deposits and withdrawals (governed by PayPal's own privacy policy).
- TheSportsDB — to fetch public football match scores. No personal data is sent.
- Law enforcement — only when legally required by a valid court order.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we retain only the minimum financial records required for tax and anti-money-laundering compliance (typically 5 years), after which they are permanently deleted.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Spinzo24 uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, but doing so will sign you out.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted with 256-bit SSL/TLS. Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth (Google-backed infrastructure). Payment processing is handled exclusively by PayPal; we never see your card number or PayPal password. Withdrawal details are visible only to you and our payout team.
8. Your Rights
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Correction — update your name, country, or photo from the Profile page.
- Deletion — email us to request account deletion.
- Withdraw consent — disable Google login or unsubscribe from notifications anytime.
- Portability — request your contest history and transaction logs in JSON.
9. Children's Privacy
Spinzo24 is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using the Service, please contact us so the account can be removed.
10. International Transfers
Spinzo24 operates globally. By using the Service you consent to the transfer of your information to servers located in the United States and other regions where Google Firebase and PayPal operate.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be announced via in-app notification and on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
